Bilal Ahmad
Founder & CEO
Bilal has over 15 years experience in Architecture and construction. He initially worked on large designs at London top firms in the early 2000’s. He obtained his first ever planning permission for a rear extension in 2008 in Walthamforest and has since specialised in residential properties with over 330 projects around london being approved by various council boroughs. He’s lead designer and Founder of Virtue Architecture.
Maria Eloisa
Office Manager
Maria is a qualified Architect who oversees the majority of our paperwork processes and liases planning, building control, Thames water applications, before having them submitted to various departments. She also steps into CAD mode when needed and is a vital part of the delivery in all projects undertaken.
Ron Caballero
Architect and 3D Specialist
Ron has been with Virtue for a number of years and is our in-house 3D (BIM) and Revit specialist. He has a keen eye for design and teaches seminars for those trying to learn BIM softwares. He has worked on large scale projects from Hospitals, Commercial units, Residential flats but now occupies a key role in the office delivering high quality detailed drawings and Interior renders for clients who are doing a full renovation. He has 7 years of experience.
Aslam Muhammad
CAD technician
Aslams been a draftsman for a few London based residential practices. However were fortunate to have his skills and speed with us. He has worked on every type of extension in our practice and can take projects from survey to final proposed design with clarity.
